What rugs do you clean?
We clean synthetic and wool rugs directly at your location. However, we do not service shag, viscose, silk, hand-tufted, Persian, or Oriental rugs, as these require specialized cleaning in a dedicated rug wash facility. We also do not clean rugs with severe pet urine damage.

How long does carpet cleaning take?
Most jobs take 1-2 hours, depending on the size and condition of your area rugs.

How long does it take for rugs to dry?
Typically, it takes 8-12 hours for rugs to dry. However, drying times can vary depending on the weather and humidity levels. For the best results, ensure good ventilation in the area to speed up the drying process.​ We also offer fast-drying service for an extra fee.

Can Qleanify clean rugs in high-rise apartments or condos?
Yes, no problem! Whether you live on the 1st floor or the 45th floor, we can clean. An elevator is required if your unit is above the main floor. An additional fee of $25 is applied to all apartments and condos jobs.​​​
